1 mug Quiche Lorraine
This recipe is a refrigerator MAGNET! You can put a large array of different meats, cheeses, and vegetables. The cooking time for this recipe is for a 1000 watt microwave. On one microwave it takes me 1 minute 20 seconds to get it cooked, and 1 minute for my other.

Study shows elevated levels of arsenic in U.S. chicken meat
http://hub.jhu.edu/2013/05/13/chicken-meat-arsenic-levels
The US doesn't have a ban on the use of arsenic based antibiotics for chickens. While it's good for keeping the chickens "healthy" and free of parasites, arsenic has been discovered in the meat of the chicken. Pfizer removed the drug used for chickens from US markets, but could decide to bring it back at any time...
Our food is quickly becoming a danger to us. I remember a study a few years ago that discovered an average of 23 different pesticides present in soft skin fruits and vegetables that had been cleaned to higher than industry standards. It's almost to a point where the only way to know your food is safe to eat is to grow it and cook it yourself.
